The 3E Klub ("the Klub", part of Thee Ethereal) is a membership community for the babes who support and take part in our creative sanctuary. This policy explains what we collect from members, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Payment information — your membership payment is processed by Base44 Payments / Wix on their secure checkout. We receive a confirmation and your plan, never your card number.
• Participation — your Klub activity such as events you RSVP to, sessions you join, and perks you claim.
• Profile preferences — optional details you share to personalize your Klub experience, such as region and interests.
• Automatic data — standard technical information such as browser type and device, collected through platform analytics.

• To set up and maintain your membership, deliver your tier's perks, and renew it.
• To send Klub communications — event invites, session drops, perk announcements, and member-only updates.
• To manage RSVPs, attendance, and access to member-only content and gatherings.
• To build community among the babes and personalize what each member sees.

We do not sell member data. We share it only with the services that run the Klub: our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix) for membership billing, our email tools for member communications, and our hosting and analytics platforms — each under their own privacy obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the Klub and its members.

The site uses essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure traffic through platform analytics. Regional personalization uses your approximate location inferred from your IP address — never to identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as expected.

We keep your membership data for as long as you're an active member, and for a short period after you leave so we can handle renewals, records, and any final communications. You can request deletion at any time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Payment details never touch our servers — they're handled entirely by Base44 Payments / Wix under their own security standards.
